Orders & Purchases
Terms governing purchases on our platform
When you place an order on FreshCart, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors.
Availability
We do not guarantee product availability. Items may be removed from your order if out of stock.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement, before processing begins.
Substitutions
For fresh items, we may substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value.
Prohibited Conduct
What you must not do on our platform
